I can not believe that a whole week has gone by already and it has been a busy one at that to. I just wanted to say I did try to get around to everyone's desk and comment but the days just got away from me and to everyone that commented I just want to say thank you for the kinds words. As you can see not much has changed on my desk but a few things. I did get my layout done and six little Easter baskets that I made in a hurry as this weekend we are having our family dinner since my husband is coming home today and leaves again next Tuesday. Seven days just fly by before I know it also and he will be back out of town at work again. Oh yes and to the right of the layout is the pocket letter my sister and I swapped. I will have to post that up this week with pictures and have a few other layouts I have made to post also but I work from a mini I pad and let's say it is so different then a regular computer to. I am not much for tech side of things but my sister is always there to help me.
Here are the mini baskets I made once again using my Cricut and found some Easter stickers in my stash I have had forever. If I didn't run out of time I would done more then just cut out and add stickers. Also one of these are for my husband as he loves a treats and the other ones are for our three girls and my nephew and niece. Not extremely happy with them but they only hold goodies and then they are done with so good enough I guess.
Just once again thank you to all of you who came for a peek and hoping this week I can get on line and get to everyone to leave comments. Have a great Wednesday to you all.
Hugs ~Anne

ReplyDeleteHugs Nikki? ?
Well I think the easter baskets are lovely, you musn't worry about them!
ReplyDeleteI see the page from Nikki too - you have quite different styles don't you, although I must say, your workspaces are equally clean and tidy! It's great to have you on board, I hope you get some non sharing him time with your DH too!
I love the coziness of your work desk. Those Easter boxes you made are truly delightful too. Happy WOYWW!
ReplyDeleteyou might think the baskets don't look good, but at least you made them yourself, you didn't go out and buy them in a store, the kids will love them. Happy WOYWW, Vicky#9

Those little baskets look great Anne. Such fun to receive one of those! Well done. The layout is coming on too. I also prefer for a layout to tell a proper story - don't do much scrapbooking myself, but the bit I do, I try to make the page a real episode. I did a whole book for my hubby for our 40th anniversary - and each double page is a whole part of our life together. Could post about it, I suppose - just never got around to it... ooops!
ReplyDeleteTake care. God bless.

Those Easter baskets look good! They will look nice on the table (are they a table decoration? Or something else? I am not up to date with easter traditions).

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely creative space you've got, Anne, and the Easter baskets are very cute. Thank you for your lovely comment - my fingers are gradually improving but immediately after practising, it hurts to type! It's a lot less painful playing the guitar now, anyway. So glad you like my flower stamps - I'm looking forward to having time and energy to spend in the studio playing with them.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated WOYWW,

There is such a warmth to your space and your post. It is difficult to keep up with all of the wonderful people who participate in WOYWW. I know that I will miss the first week of the month. Last week I posted, but then never had a chance to visit. So here I am with an hour dedicated to visiting as many as I can. Such a chore, NOT.

Belated WOYWW to you!! Thanks for swinging by my blog last week, I've been a bit under the weather..I loved the view of your desk - those pinwheel storage pots are ace. The fairy layout is stunning and then you blew me away with the easter baskets - amazing! Cx #51
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking a peek and hope you are feeling better soon. Those pinwheels are full of my eyelets and brads that they sell to hold beads and findings but for me they work good as two containers on each peg I picked up years ago.
Deletethank you everyone for the wonderful comments Hugs ~Anne
