WOYWW #365

Yippie it is Wednesday and you know what that means WOYWW which was created by Julia http://lunchladyjansfabricfrenzy.blogspot.ca/2016/06/woyww-365.html but head over to Lady Jan's blog for details while Julia is on holidays to find out all the details.

Here is my desk dusted and tidied up as I had to dust with the windows being opened and all the construction that is going on. I have finally started a new mini album with the paper line called "hello sunshine" Right above the pink little sisters came in the mail last week from a family friend back home of my wedding which I can not believe at times will be 22 years this up coming September where does the time go.

Here is the layout I finished last week for the challenge at the local scrapbooking store.

Here is a close up as I twisted the twine thought the letters connected to a brad to the lifesaver.

Here is the close up as I used a bunch of cut out rocks inked and a few tiny she'll stickers to give a rock beach front. I used light blue vellum and a white chalk marker to make the wave cresting for the photo mat and the bottom of the layout.

Here is one of the ATC swaps I received in the mail from Nikki and she added some very cut coloured images and some not so I might give my colour in a go as I am not so good with the shading . She decorated the cute little envelope with my name which was tucked in the cute coffee card. She even decorated the mail which I just love all her hand drawn envelopes I get.

Just wanted to any thank you to everyone last week for taking the time to leave such sweet comment and to everyone who swapped ATC with me and here is my list.

Right now it is being hosted by Jan while Julia is off recovery and wishing all the best. The link is posted below..

Okay to what you have come to see.......my desk.

At the top are my ATC I made and to the right my Tim Holtz mini bird stamps and dies came in I ordered. In the middle is what I am working on at this moment getting it done for the local scrapbooking store monthly challenge and some of the stuff I am using to add to it. Post up pictures as soon as I finish it.

A little close up of my new goodies.

I got them done and this is a close up of my ATC they are made to look like a polaroid. I turned them into a shaker style with mini hearts and stars, I also used mini clouds and house stamps which I fussy cut out. Teresa Collins mini word stickers at the bottom with tiny Martha Stewart butterflies and my favorite part the mini Prima dolls as if to pose in front . I am happy the way they turned out for my first time ever making them. I have a few extra to swap if anyone wants to just let me know.

Thanks for popping in and taking a look and a big thanks to everyone whom commented last week. I am so sorry I didn't get around to everyone else's as the new puppy in our lives is keeping me somewhat busy and sleepless..... Have a great week everyone.

WOYWW #363

Yippee... it is that time again time to show off my desk and this is hosted by Julia and the link is above to head on over for more details and take a peek around at other fabulous desks.

I am only showing this little spot which I didn't get my ATC done on Friday as I had planned but should have them done tomorrow if all goes as planned.....but and there is always a but. This is kinda a peek in how they look. I have the plastic photo container holding some items for the cards not sure I will use everything yet. I have some mini house stamps I coloured and fussy cut out, Butterflies I painted with a shimmer paint. The black box holds all my confetti which I sorted last Wednesday night into little containers and I realized I have more then I thought.

My other news is we did get a new little puppy's do we named him Olly last Thursday and he is almost nine weeks old so it has been a big adjustment for our other dog but he is up early and he sleeps right beside me.

And here is Nanook he is just over two years old. We are so happy to have these wonderful pets be a part of our family.

Thanks for everyone whom visited last week and commented. I am going to hop around and visit other fabulous desks. Have a great week.
Hugs~Anne 🙂

WOYWW #362

It's Wednesday and it means I get to hop around amazing desks from other crafters all over the world. For more details head on over to Julia's blog the link is posted at the top.

Okay well on to my desk.....

Not to much going on but I have started my ATC for the 7th anniversary for WOYWW and am hoping to get them done. I stamped mini house, clouds and trees that I am using my water colour pencils as I have not really perfected my technique. In the glass jar are mini Prima wooden dolls that will be used in front as a scene. Well I hope it work outs and get it done before this Friday. The little tea cup card is from a new friend I made working at the local scrapbook store so cute love the tea cup.

The big news is I have been doing a few changes in my room as adding a larger table and taken out the little black table that was warped and really drove me crazy. Adding the larger table I had to move everything two feet over and that meant unloading and reloading the bookshelf that held a lot of stuff.  This also gave me a chance to go though everything that I was moving to begin a destash.

Well here it is I have so much more room and have moved over my day timer I am making which I am finally laminated just have to cut off the extra. The purple binder is open to the list of things I still need to go though and destash. My project life is tucked into the right corner til I get caught up on the projects I have on the go. For that white postal box that is the starting of my sister's Birthday box I have time but I start months ahead collecting goodies for her.

Here is the last picture tried to get a good picture of it but I was against t/he door to my daughters room but that was the bookshelf I moved just over two feet that hold all my 12x12 paper pads, albums and books on the top shelf. The two plastic bins are tons of stickers and some chipboard embellishments .....yes I probably have still to much. The curtain is to the furnace room and the little bookshelf moved over to where I have some of my hole punches The rails are dowel and large hooks as it was cheaper then curtain rods. The little bookshelf holds mini albums I made and snap and PL albums the pink boxes are die cuts and embellishments I have made to many of or just didn't work on the project. The space is getting really tidy as I started Friday and needed it done Saturday before my darling husband came back from his fishing trip and is easier to do before he truly understands how much I have....... As it overwhelmed me looking at it all.

Thank you to everyone whom commented last week and also to everyone whom comments today. I am going to try to pop to as many desks as I can as today we have a contractor coming to measure and price out for new flooring. Yippy 😀
Have a great day
